About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and growing organisation based in the Old Market area of Bristol. We are seeking an experienced operations manager to play a key role in the day to day management and development of our services.
You are a dynamic operations manager with demonstrable experience of delivering high quality projects and services. You are organised and take a systematic approach to your work whilst ensuring the needs of clients at the centre of your practice. You have experience of managing staff and are able to overcome problems and challenges that arise.
YES is a registered charity that provides informal learning opportunities for young people and adults. It is an exciting time to join YES, we are going through a period of growth and development and with the introduction of a new strategy we are looking forward to appointing someone to help us realise our vision.
We provide personalised learning opportunities for learners to enable them to develop their skills, gain accreditation and build their confidence so they can achieve their goals.

During the Coronavirus Pandemic we have continued to operate remotely and are working towards returning to face to face work with learners. This role will play a key part in the ongoing risk management work that we will carry out over the coming months to ensure we can continue to support learners to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Summary of Terms and Conditions:
Contract: Permanent, 18.75 hours per week.
Pay: JNC scale point 16 £27,252.00 (pro rata)
Location: YES, Unit 3, Hide Market, West Street, Bristol, BS2 0BH
Start date: ASAP
