About the opportunity
We are looking for someone to help us ensure the smooth day to day running of our Bristol based education charity. The role will involve carrying out all aspects of financial administration, including booking keeping and payroll. The role will also involve carrying out general administrative duties.
You are organised, methodical and able to take the initiative to get a job done! You have the experience to see what needs to be done and you are able to work with others to put effective systems and processes in place. You have a keen eye for detail and there is a high level of accuracy in your work. You are highly skilled at using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
YES is a registered charity that provides informal learning opportunities for young people and adults.
We provide personalised learning opportunities for learners to improve their Literacy and Numeracy skills and to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English qualifications from Entry level 1 to Level 2.
YES strives to reduce barriers to learning for the most vulnerable members of our community.
Summary of Terms and Conditions:
Contract: Permenant – 15 hours a week
Pay: JNC scale point 11 £22,558 pro rata (£11.57ph)
Location: YES, Unit 3, Hide Market, West Street, Bristol, BS2 0BH
Start date: ASAP
